Arabian Horse Breed Research Paper

The Arabian horse breed is very unique and talented. They can do many different sports, which many of the sports they do are similar to the Quarter horse and Thoroughbred. These sports include: horse racing, English and western pleasure, cutting and reining, jumping, and dressage. The Arabian has an interesting body style which makes them better at certain things (Arabian Horse Association, 2018).

The most distinguishing traits that the Arabian breed has are its head, neck, back, and tail. They have a small head compared to most other breeds. They have a small muzzle and large nostrils. This is not necessarily considered to be a sport to some people, but it still takes a lot of work and talent from both the horse and the rider. The Arabian is used in western events such as sometimes rodeo, cutting, and reining. The events that they can compete in at a rodeo is the same as the Thoroughbred and the Quarter horse.
