This worker met with Adrian Bradd at his home. His mother were present during the meeting. Privacy practices and Tennessen notices were reviewed verbally. The interview was recorded.
Adrian appeared calm but very active. He had a hard time sitting and walk back and forth with his toys. He appeared well fed, appropriately dressed and groomed. He was smiley and responsive to CPI. He appeared developmentally on track for his age.
