Many people suffer every year from sleep disorders. There are many different forms of sleep disorders. Sleep apnea is a disorder with symptoms that affect not only the individual with the disorder but also anyone around them. People with sleep apnea can have heart problems along with poor sleep quality. Those who struggle with this disorder stop breathing for up to 10 seconds during sleep which can put strain on the heart.
