King Tut was an Egyptian king that mysteriously died at age nineteen. The mystery starts when Akhenaten, who is Tut's father marries Nefertiti and has Tut. After that, Akhenaten marries another woman and has Ankhesenamun. Akhenaten was hieratic, which means the belief in one God. Ancient Egyptians were polytheistic, which is the belief in many, or multiple Gods. When Akhenaten tried to turn the Egyptians Monotheistic, (the religion in which a person believes in one God) they began to riet. They disagreed and were angry with their king. Akhenaten was then killed, at this time Tut was ten years old. Tut took over the throne and at age twelve, married his half sister and cousin, Ankhesenamun. I believe that Ankhesenamun accidently killed Tut, and tried to hide it by marrying the Hittites prince. She didn't tell anyone for fear she would be killed, that lead to the prince being killed at Egypts border. Then Aye found out that Ankhesenamun killed Tut, and forced her into marriage, or he would tell. Then Horemheb found out Ankhesenamun accidently killed Tut and sentenced her to death. About four years later Aye leaked that he knew about Ankhesenamun accidently killing Tut, and he too was sentenced to
